Coins purchased in the app are non-refundable digital products.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Coins already credited to the user's account
- Coins that have been partially or fully used
- User dissatisfaction with virtual features, gifts, or in-app experiences
- Incorrect purchase made by the user
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- Payment was successful but coins were not credited
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Transaction failed but amount was deducted
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team with valid transaction details.
